Ham and Cheese Cabbage Rolls

8     poached cabbage leaves
2     cups diced ham
1/2  cup green or mixed peppers,diced
1/2  cup onions,diced
1     clove of garlic,crushed
1     cup bread crumbs
1     cup mozzarella cheese,shredded
2     eggs,beaten
       salt, pepper,to taste
       Marinara sauce of your choice

Poach outer cabbage leaves in boiling salted water until tender.
Shock in iced water to cool.
Mix remaining ingredients, except marinara sauce.
Fill inside of cabbage leaves with equal portions of filling. Roll tightly.
Place inside buttered 9 by 12 glass baking dish top with marinara sauce and
bake at 350 degrees for about 50-60 minutes.
