I meant to say the other day that this looks really good - and reasonably easy?  I'm trying to come up with something special for valentines... I got these little mini cheesecake (straight sided muffin) pans for my birthday and I haven't used it yet since I've been trying not to bake!

Hi Zazzy, sometimes I bake cake mixes in muffin pans for about 20 to 25 minutes.
If you like, you can use this very easy recipe to try out your new cheese cake pans
too.Often I add about one tablespoon of ground hazelnuts to the dough and frost
the cake/muffins with whipping cream just before serving. Wink
