Oh, the perils of VPS!  I have to update/upgrade php. I'll be closing the site tomorrow to take full backups of the site and all the databases. I have to uninstall the php version that I have now before I can install the new one. I don't know what time I'll get started, but I'll post about a half-hour in advance to let you know. I've never done this before, so wish me luck. |

OMG! Going to break it already?  Good luck, I'm sure everything will go smoothly. If it doesn't, I volunteer TDW to fix it. He loves that I expect him to be able to work programming miracles. |

 good luck and I will try to help if something screws up, of course I can only help to a point Should go smoothly though, may need a server restart (apache) if it uses the dll version.

I installed php okay the first time, then had to uninstall it to install eAccelerator...then uninstalled that because it didn't work with Zend...running a server is turning out to be harder work than I would've thought.  |
