Fried Rice

Does anyone have a recipe for fried rice that tastes like what you get at a good Chinese restaurant?  I've been making fried rice for years, and it is quite good, but it doesn't taste like the restaurant-produced rice.  Don't know if I'm missing an ingredient or a process, but I'd like get closer to that wonderful Chinese restaurant taste.   Huh

I have a fried rice recipe in my book and will post it
later today,don't know if it is what you are looking for.
I always make my own version of fried rice. Wink
