CHEESECAKE
Greased 9” spring form pan Pre-heat oven to 325
16 oz. packages cream cheese 16 oz cottage cheese 11/2 cups sugar 4 eggs slightly beaten 3 tablespoons corn starch 3 tablespoons flour 11/2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon vanilla ½ cup butter melted and cooled 1 pint sour cream It is best to bring the ingredients to room temperature before beginning. It makes the mixing faster and easier.
*In a large bowl at high speed beat cream cheese with cottage cheese until creamy and well combined *gradually beat in sugar and then eggs *at low speed add corn starch, flour, lemon juice and vanilla *add melted butter and sour cream mix until smooth
Bake 70 minutes (it should be slightly browned), turn oven off and let stand in oven for 2 hours with the door closed Chill and ENJOY
