Fruit Dip

Fruit Dip

3          egg yolks
1/3 cup sugar
1-2 tsp  lime peel,very fine-grated
1/4 cup lime juice

Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan.Cook slowly on
medium heat,stirring until thickened.Cool and refrigerate
until cold.Fold in 1 cup whipped cream.

Here is a simple and easy fruit dip.
Also its very good.

1-8oz package of Cream Cheese
1 medium size jar of marshmallow creme
Just mix together well.


Enjoy!               Great with all kinds of fruit!
