http://artisanssquare.com/sg/index.php?action=gallery;cat=10

Submit three votes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place by sending a private message to the user account SWAP_Votes.  The account is shared by the admins so they'll be able to count the votes and inform us of the winner.

Voting can begin as of now and will end at midnight Arizona time (MST) on Sunday 27May.

As a reminder there is a $25 gift certificate to an online fabric store of the winners choice* donated by me.

*the chosen store must allow me to purchase a gift certificate online

As far as I'm concerned anyone who was a member of SG prior to today (11May2018) can vote.

Apparently I'm a quintessential Gemini- but I think that's a load of b.s. myselves...

I just voted and found it difficult.  So I tried to vote based on who best followed the rules/guidelines, fluidity of the collection (in that it looked like it was made by the same Designer regardless of overall style) and the ease of adding to the Collection. I tried really hard not to let my personal color/style biases get in the way.  I think that might be a problem for many of us.

I have the feeling that if I voted again next week with a fresh mind my selection would likely change.  I think that is a good thing and demonstrates the overall quality of the collections.

Yeah, it's a hard choice this year.  I had to pick apart the rules and count garments to make sure folks did what was asked.  But, in all honesty, I think everyone made a collection that was suitable for her so, even if they didn't follow the letter of the law they should be very pleased with their new clothes.  However, I had to vote for folks who, in the words of TGBSB, 'followed the brief'.

Wonderful work, everyone!

Argh, I just voted!

Immediately after all the photos were available, I rated each collection according to my own point system. ;D It wasn't much help as I was left with a 6-place virtual tie. Oops. So I didn't look at it for a few weeks. Then, I was able to pick my top 2 (though not in order LOL) but that still left me a 4-place tie for third. I agonized and debated, and considered a fifth collection I'd previously eliminated, and even took a final peek as I was typing up my vote. Not easy!

I think all of the collections were quite cohesive and really showcased each entrant's personal style. Really impressive stuff! I am reeeaaaallly curious to see which end up as the top three. :)

The collections were terrific!

I could have voted for any 3, I think, but after a lot of hemming and hawing and list-making, I narrowed my choices and sent in my vote. Just in the nick of time, as it turned out. I was sure that I'd already missed it!

Good work from this year's participants. Thank you for your efforts and inspiration.
