I came across this contest and thought there would be some Laura Bennett fans who would be interested--first prize is a trip to New York and a dress designed by Laura!!

Did anyone else have a problem with the color choices?  You can look good in blue but not green.  I look horrid in yellow or orange but red is probably my very best color. Huh

Hi, Jeanne!

I figured that with the blue/green choice they were looking more for skin tone, maybe cool?, and the red/orange choice would most likely be for warm tones. Either way, I thought that once the lucky winner met Laura she would be able to make the correct choice.

Well, I'd feel really stupid if I won, because I never wear dresses.  However, I'll enter it with my DD and DDIL's names; they had to skip our annual girls' week (okay, girls is a generic term that doesn't reflect our ages)  in NYC this year, but it would really be fun if one of them could win a trip and a dress.

Thanks for giving us the information.

Thanks for the info -- the hardest question for me was style -- casual/comfortable for everyday -- but I finally decided on classic and elegant for a dress for evening or special occasion --

Hope one of the members here wins -- that way we can all experience the win vicariously  laugh
