Are you going to an event where SG members can be found?  But how will you know each other?  Since you all have computers, consider printing out the SG Heart  Stitcher's Guild Heart  on a sticky label, trim close to the heart & take it with you.  Then stick it on your name tag!

DL's son (who created the SG Heart) has made a special "larger version" for this purpose!--and when it got "lost" he redid it to as closely match the original as possible! Smiley and gave us a new "negative" version!

Have fun!

ETA: new versions after first one was "lost"

Found: a favorite silver bracelet that I hadn't seen for a while.  On its four quarters it says "Welcome Introspection; Accept Wisdom; Seek Illumination; Embrace Innocence."   It's like a "magic 8-ball" on the wrist...

DS will be making us a new, larger version of the heart for use as name tags.  We had one, but the uploaded file got corrupted somehow, and I lost the backup when I lost my computer to a virus a few months ago.

Finally!  I know it took a while.... DS is at that age where schoolwork, friends, online time, phone time, guitar lessons and plain ol' goofin' off make a full time job.

But here we are:

Be sure to say "thanks" to him...he worked awfully hard to redo them as carefully as he could so they would match.  I tried to assure him new ones would be fine, but he really wanted everyone to be happy and felt he should replicate them as close as he could.

Yes, thank you Son of DL! It's really nice to have something that is uniquely ours.
I hope to be using the hearts on stickers sometime this summer.
