the future of SG 'Classic"
« on: August 01, 2018, 04:04:06 PM »
Is there some way of retaining a few sections of the old site ?

Bev voted for Anne Rowley's Pearls of Wisdom, I think on a temporary thread that has now gone.

I would like to see the Wardrobe and Capsule Planning threads retained.  Most of us discussed the basics long ago, so take them for granted in our current comments.  But there's a huge amount of interesting material and useful comments there for people who are new to that area to orient themselves with.

Any votes for other topics ?
Does this bring you joy, calm, confidence  :D  if not, try something else. - comments on wardrobes, patterns, style, fit - style images - good basic sewing techniques - no need for tailoring, unless you want to - Peggy Sagers sew-alongs

You can always start a new thread about an old topic here, and quote posts from the other site.   A link to the old thread or old post would be helpful.
